The Aztec Eagle is a symbol that denotes hope, strength, determination, perseverance, resilience, courage, fearless, tenacious, vitality, vision, and grit.
All admirable qualities, that we could all hope to attain.
As with all these current pieces in the initial Beauty from Waste collection; I draw the designs onto the boards, and then carefully cut along the lines with a scroll saw. Once they have been cut and sanded, I paint all the separate pieces, and then reassemble them like a jigsaw. They are then glued and mounted on backing boards measuring 32.5x32.5cm.
They are designed to be hung on the wall unframed, and are fitted with a French cleat hanging bracket, making it really quick and easy to put them up.
Each piece is comes carefully packed in a cardboard box, and can be delivered throughout the UK, using DPD's tracked service.
